Come On In!
You are invited to worship with us on Sundays at 9 am. It is an ancient practice translated into today’s language and culture where we set time apart to be with God, receive His Gifts, learn more about Him and hear from Him by way of Scripture.
Key facts to help you plan your visit:
Our services last about 75 minutes, sometimes stretching to 90 minutes for special occasions or celebrations.
We read the Bible together, making it easy and comfortable for all ages to participate.
Messages are taught directly from Scripture with references on screen.
We share the Lord’s Supper every Sunday. This is a special meal given to us by Jesus where He gives us His promises in a tangible way! Ask more about this when you get here and we’ll be happy to help.
We often utilize historic Christian Creeds, like the Apostles’ or Nicene Creed. These are summaries of the entire Bible and help us to “believe out loud” together.
Worship includes music and singing, all of which are further gifts from God. You are invited to fully participate!

For Parents at our church: Children benefit from worshiping with their family and seeing their parents worship.
Sing the songs and pray with the congregation and participate in the service! Children are made into disciples by you!
Relax! God put the wiggle in children; don’t feel you have to suppress it here. All are welcome!
Sit toward the front where it is easier for your little ones to see and hear what’s going on.
Please feel free to explain to your children the parts of the service and actions of the pastor, music team, etc.
If you have to step out of the service with your child, feel free to do so, but only do so if YOU think it is necessary, and please come back. Jesus said: “Let the little children come to me!” The sounds little children make (ALL KINDS!!) are the sounds of LIFE and FAMILY and the growing of God’s Kingdom to His glory! These sounds are not distractions, they are reflections of God’s blessing!!!!
We have changing stations in both bathrooms.
For Grown-Ups at our church, we remind them:
The presence of children is a gift to the church!
Welcome our children and give a smile of encouragement to their parents!
When children look at you they see the Body of Christ on the earth, make sure they SEE His love, mercy and grace reflected in you!

You'll see everything from blue jeans to suits and dresses. What does Scripture say we should wear? These words from Colossians 3:12-17 guide our worship gatherings:
Put on then, as God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience, bearing with one another and, if one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other; as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive. And above all these put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony. And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body. And be thankful. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God. And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.

The core foundation for us when we gather is this powerful proclamation from 2 Corinthians 5:18-21:
All this is from God, who through Christ reconciled us to himself and gave us the ministry of reconciliation; that is, in Christ God was reconciling the world to himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and entrusting to us the message of reconciliation. Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, God making his appeal through us. We implore you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God. For our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.
All are warmly welcomed and loved (see Romans 15:7!)
Tough questions are encouraged and openly tackled together (see Psalm 13!)
Unity is desired more than uniformity (see Ephesians 2:13-22!)
Identity is given and guaranteed (see Romans 8:1-39!)
