Who We Are

Hope Lutheran Church was chartered in March of 1960, with the mission of reaching out in the name of Jesus Christ to the people of rapidly growing Northeast Austin.

During all the decades since, Jesus has led this group of broken-but-being-renewed-people to take what they have been given and share it! Therefore what you will find here is a community of actual…Hope. More than a cliché or pun, this community of Hope is a living witness to the resurrected Christ and His love for a deeply hurting world. Our objective is still to take what we have been given and share it!
